97 honda civic customizations?

Hey i got a 2 door 97 honda civic from my father in law cheap for 1400 its gray. i want to add side skirts front and back bumper lower it and put a different exhaust pipe and decent pair of rims and an all black glossy paint job and leather interior. how much am i lookin at

f. bumper: 250-500
b. bumper: 250-500
side skirts: 250-500
springs/coilovers: 100-500...the pro kits w/ the shocks are more costly
muffler/ catback: 100-750
paint: 300-2000 depending on paint type and what type of work is needed for preping
rims: 250-3000 depending on what type and where you get it...
